A spiritual guidance session will provide you with a helpful understanding of, and solutions to, the questions and issues you are experiencing in your daily life. The information that your soul provides will support your growth and help you to increase your sense of fulfillment and acceptance regarding your life journey.
Monthly Sessions
A series of Monthly sessions is beneficial for anyone who is seeking to strengthen and deepen their own ability to receive direct guidance and information from their soul, which is wisdom and light from within. Monthly Sessions are also helpful for the person whose life is in transition and change, or who is actively seeking an expansion in consciousness and growth on all levels. These sessions could be termed "Spiritual Coaching."
Cellular Release
Cellular Release is a powerful guided process of self-healing that enables you to release negative patterns in your life, sabotaging behavior, limiting beliefs, and any remaining emotions from events in your past. More than one session may be required to assess what is being carried on a cellular level of consciousness and to actually release it. Cellular Release is a deeply effective yet gentle technique that has helped many. People report feeling lighter with a sense of relief and resolution after a session.
Soul Retrieval
Soul Retrieval is a deep guided meditation process that has a profound healing effect. All of us at a certain time in our lives have been so uncomfortable and distressed by an event that a portion of our essence, or soul, literally leaves the body. Depending on our ability to recover afterward, that piece of our essential self may not be able to return and integrate once again with our being. Reclaiming this missing piece brings renewed energy and vitality for life in the present, as well as a greater sense of strength and confidence.
