Dear All,

I wish you a Happy New Year. May your highest and best unfold smoothly and easily.

I love this time of year. I use it to take stock and make decisions about what I want to continue with in my life, as well as what I will let go of. New ideas abound for me.

I am excited to get my book finished this year. (At last!) It is a compilation of many of the Spirit School teachings, as well as personal stories. Of course, you will hear as soon as it is ready to be distributed. I am devoting a lot of this year to the book.

I am very happy to announce my new website, www.ChristenMcCormack.com. It is still in the developmental stage, and I will let you know when it is completed. Updates to my teaching schedule can be found there, and next month I will have descriptions of some new individual sessions I am offering. I am enthusiastic about the new avenues I am implementing in my private sessions, and I think you will be too.

I will be starting two new series of Spirit School classes in September. (www.SpiritSchool.net) I have really enjoyed teaching these and they seem to evolve into something different with each new group. I will offer these classes in a Northern Virginia location, yet to be determined. If you know of a nice, affordable space, I am open to suggestions.

I know this past year has presented challenges for some of you. (Some would even say the same for 2008.) Fortunately, this year looks like it will develop a lighter tone as it progresses. Although we will not see a complete turnaround in our economic outlook the first half of the year, things should start feeling better by May.

Remember that this is a time of great transition for us globally, and life will get challenging now and then. It doesn't help us to be fearful about it all. Let's focus on the Truth that humanity is moving into higher levels of consciousness. Therefore, cruelty to one another, arrogance, and destruction of the planet will be tolerated less and less. There is a plan for our greater good, and it is unfolding right now.

I wish all of you the best. Listen to your heart, which is the equivalent of listening to your soul. We carry great wisdom and empowerment within us.
