THE FOUNDATION COURSE INTENSIVE
May 5-9 or September 22-26, 2008

Spirit School of the Intuitive Arts provides intuitive techniques for accessing an unconditional loving source of wisdom that is readily available to each of us on a daily basis. This Foundation Course consists of experiential techniques to receive guidance from Spirit.  ("Spirit" is used collectively to refer to one's spirit guides, soul, angels and the Divine.) Each session is a full day – 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Cost:  $600 — paid up to one month prior to start date.  $650 — paid less than one month prior to start date.  (A non-refundable $100 deposit will assure your space in this class.)

Location & Lodging:  All classes are held at the Polarity Barn near Charlottesville, VA. The beauty of the space and its natural surroundings serve as an inspiration for our work together! Affordable lodging is available on the premises. Space is limited. Meals are shared potluck.

Topics include:

Communicating with Spirit Guides

Learn new approaches to meditation, especially the importance of being grounded, as a principal medium for receiving clear guidance. With the support of the group, you will feel uplifted and inspired as you make a direct connection with your spirit guides.

Listening to your Soul

The soul is a personalized aspect of the Divine  -  what some people call their "higher self". Your soul has a neutral, nonjudgmental view of your life, always speaking from the perspective of the highest and best for you. This session explores soul purposes, your personal mission, and making life-shaping decisions.

Tools for Self-Healing

Stop giving up your power! This session provides simple techniques to assist you in managing your energy. Learn to create balance through gentle release work, letting go of false beliefs, and setting an intention. Specific exercises help you call your spirit back, and establish psychic protection.

Living with the Angels

Angels are beings of light and joy. They serve our highest good, bringing with them a presence of unconditional love and acceptance. They help guide you as you pursue your soul purposes on earth. Learn how angels communicate with us. Techniques of angelic healing and a powerful "Angel Letter" meditation are also presented.

Receiving Spiritual Guidance

Your soul, spirit guides and angels are teaching and guiding you in every area of your life. The power of ritual is included as we weave together elements from earlier sessions. A technique is offered in asking for signs to confirm the accuracy of your communications with Spirit. Working with the Divine Light within, you will experience serenity and empowerment.
