I am currently teaching Foundation classes in Maryland, having completed all levels of study in Spirit School, including eighteen months of Teacher Training. For individual sessions and class information, see my contact information above.
My practice supports individuals on their path of healing and awakening. It is my deeply held belief that the soul wants a conscious experience of its completeness - its Truth - while living in a physical body. I offer meditation classes, Reiki, and Intuitive Readings.
From 2000 - 2003, I participated in the School for Women Healers with Sheila Foster and studied Samyama Meditation with Adhikari and Cathy Myrowitz. I have a B.A. in German Studies from Boston University and an M.A. in Linguistics from George Mason University. I am married with three children and live in Takoma Park, MD.

In 2001, my search for a spiritual community brought me to Spirit School. As a member of the first graduating class, I found a place where teachers and fellow students encouraged me to grow and expand in a safe and loving environment. My exceptional experience prompted me to become a teaching assistant in Integrative Studies and Advanced Studies. My intention is to continue the tradition of support, safety and insight that is inherent in each Spirit School class and gathering.
My strengths lie in my ability to encourage students to see their own beauty, know their connection to Spirit, and appreciate their own light. I offer a grounded, loving, and nurturing presence, promoting positive energy through a more conscious way of being. I do this in my role as teaching assistant, through my graphic design business, and my healing touch practice, oneLight.
I am an Associate Polarity Practitioner (APP), a Reiki Master/Teacher, a Dowser, an Angel Ambassador, a Dreamer, and a Reverend ordained through the Sanctuary of the Beloved.

From the beautiful mountains of Telluride, Colorado, I offer the Foundation Course and Intuitive Guidance sessions. As an intuitive healing practitioner I have a deep desire to assist others in a direct experience of Spirit. Through a warm and caring approach I'll gently guide you to a new understanding in your mind, body and spirit that will create transformational healing in your life.
I graduated from Spirit School of the Intuitive Arts in 2005 as a practitioner of the healing arts and in 2008 completed teacher training for the Foundation Course. I also have a MA in Social and Organizational Learning and have facilitated many groups in business settings.
As a mother of two beautiful souls I am constantly in awe and love with their journey and all that they teach me. I am a teacher, mom and fellow soul journeyer - please join me in discovering a vast territory within that has the ability to change everything!
